Want to know who is reaching your customers before you are?
Want to know how your franchise, dealer or retail locations are performing when local customers search online for your product or service?
Want to know which competitor is already leveraging the explosive growth in online local search to their advantage?
Simply use the search query box below to do a search on Google Paid, Local and Organic search results (Google is the dominant search engine giant with more than 70% market share)
Simply enter - a Key word (for example; commercial cleaning, auto repair etc) and a location(City, State or Zip code)
What you are looking for:
- Run this search for at least 20% of your franchise, dealer or retail locations, try and pick a good cross section of States and demographics. Select locations you know do well and those that could do better.
- Check for paid search results first. If you have a paid search campaign currently running, check your visibility and ranking. Also check out what you are paying for these key words and what the average number of monthly visitors you receive. What is your average monthly conversion from visitors to customers?
- Now check out the Local search area (Google Maps). This is a very dominant placement position. Are you listed here? Which of your competitors are here?
- Lastly, check out the Organic search area (directly below Google Maps). Again this is a very high priority placement position (certainly on first page). Organic search is the most difficult search result to achieve and maintain and is the target for most of today’s expensive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns.
How did the analysis go?
More than 70% of multi-location businesses do not have any consistent online local search presence. In many cases a local search result will bring the online visitor to a generic corporate ‘store locator’ which in turn takes them to the corporate website not a localized web page with store directions, a map, store hours and local flavor.
If you are running a paid search campaign, check out your Return on Investment (ROI). Make sure you are still achieving a positive return.
Could you achieve more – for less upfront investment?
Are you leveraging the power and strength of your location network? Are you achieving consistent first page Google (or Yahoo or MSN…) results for Local and Organic results?
If so, at what cost?
This is where LocalSearch can help you.
